This comprehensive 45-hour workshop on CD is designed to explore at a working level the fundamental processes of how to plan a project thoroughly and then manage the project to the plan (Program Control). Over half of this course time will be spent in solving problems using a realistic case study. For every major section of course material, there is a set of comprehensive problems that parallels this material. This course may also be submitted as two separate courses for convenience and practicality (Part 1 for 23 PDUs and Part 2 for 22 PDUs).

This comprehensive 25-hour workshop on CD is a follow-on course to The Project Planning and Program Control Processes course and presumes an extensive knowledge of the processes of project planning and program control. It is designed to further explore at a working level the fundamental processes of how to plan a project thoroughly and then manage the project to the plan (Program Control). Two-thirds of your time will be spent in solving problems using an extensive, real world case study. The course is divided into sections that parallel the fundamental process, and each of these sections is prefaced with a brief review of the principles covered in this portion of the course. Then the student is introduced to a series of problems to put into practice the pertinent processes. Answers to all material are provided in the workbooks and on the CD. Workbooks, handouts, and PMT ' s unique animated, narrated presentation CD are provided.

The comprehensive conclusion to PMT ' s Project Planning and Program Control Series. In the first two courses, the basic processes were introduced and explored in depth. Now, you are properly prepared to examine the more complex issues that are characteristic of large projects. Integration in all of its forms is the prime focus of the course. There is vertical integration for multi-tier scheduling and reporting. Horizontal integration is the structuring of the project model to correspond to the organizational breakdown of a large project, with many components and multiple contractors.
