3) Why should I select PMT for my training and consulting needs over its competitors?

But PMT recognizes the hardship that four days of training imposes on many project management professionals. This is why the course has been put on CD-ROM , so that very busy and critical personnel can take the course in small segments, when they can squeeze it into their busy schedules.

Executives play significant roles in the effective and efficient management of projects, even though they have delegated the day-to-day management to subordinates. Their primary responsibilities lie in making sure that each project has a thorough understanding of their objectives, are properly structured and disciplined in their management, have a good plan for success, and are properly and adequately staffed and equipped with the necessary resources to meet all of their objectives. Can an executive determine if the resource planning provided them by the project is thorough and accurate, or if they have a plan for success? They cannot answer these questions without a detailed understanding of how thorough and accurate time and resource planning is accomplished.
